All Items are shipped with a courier service, unless otherwise instructed by the buyer.
We endeavor to ship all orders from our warehouse within 1-2 business days; some delay may occur during promotion periods and public holidays.

Shipping within Australia

Shipping with courier, you can expect to receive your order within 1 - 5 business days from day of shipment.
Shipping with Australia Post, you can expect to receive your order within 5 - 10 business days from day of shipment.
If property is unattended, it is up to driver's discretion to leave the parcel at your doorstep or deliver it to the closest Post Office.

Overseas Shipping

Local Customs charges may apply to orders shipped overseas (outside Australia) - These charges are not related to Seacret. Please verify with your local authorities whether the items you had ordered are subject to any customs fees in your country.

Any orders returned to us due to non-acceptance by the recipient on the basis of local customs charges will be subject to additional shipping charges for re-delivery.
